Terms of Service

Welcome to our client portal and thank you for taking the time to review and accept our terms of service.


As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup and our techs will provide double service the following week to collect any accumulated waste).


We typically work in inclement weather, however extreme weather, may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, you will receive double service on the following week.


Please keep your yard as clear of debris (yard clippings, leaves, etc) as possible. If the yard has debris or other cover that makes it difficult to see dog waste we will still try our best to clear the yard but cannot guarantee the cleaning will be as effective as when there is clear visibility. Similarly, in cases of freezing conditions and snow, if it is impossible to remove or see the waste due to it being frozen or buried in snow, we will do our best within a timely manner to remove any retrievable dog waste but some may be missed. This waste will be removed as the weather changes and/or debris is cleared to allow the retrieval as part of future cleanings.


If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to pause the service.


We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.


Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.


Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.


By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
