If your yard is enclosed you will need to provide a way for our technicians to access your yard. This can be via an unlocked gate or other entryway. For liability reasons and the cleanliness of your home, our technicians are not able to enter your home to access your yard.
Our technicians strive to make it to your home no matter the weather, but we recognize that severe weather may impact our routes. If your home is missed due to inclement weather you will still be billed for the week as the following week you will receive double service.
