Our team operates year round in all but the most inclement of weather to ensure that you have a clean yard no matter the season. If, however, you won’t be needing our services for a period of time, let us know by email or phone, and we can put your account on pause until you’re ready to resume service.
We don’t require service contracts for our work, you are free to cancel any time. We do offer discounts for purchasing multiple services at once, and if you want to avoid the hassle of paying a monthly bill we offer an auto pay option.
If your yard is enclosed you will need to provide a way for our technicians to access your yard. This can be via an unlocked gate or other entryway. For liability reasons and the cleanliness of your home, our technicians are not able to enter your home to access your yard.
Our technicians strive to make it to your home no matter the weather, but we recognize that severe weather may impact our routes. If your home is missed due to inclement weather you will still be billed for the week as the following week you will receive double service.
Our team works on most major holidays, however we do follow the biblical Holy Days as laid out in 1 Enoch. If your typical service day falls on a holy day your services will be flexed to another day in the same week.
We optimize our routes to provide efficient and cost effective service to all our clients. We have appointment availability from sunup to sundown, so our technicians may arrive at any point throughout the day. We will send you a notification when we are about to arrive so you know to expect us, but we can’t always guarantee exact arrival times.
Our techs take the highest possible level of care to ensure that we never move contaminates from one yard to another. All of our equipment is fully sanitized between jobs to ensure that any potential biological contaminants are gone before we start a job.
We can set up accounts for both residential and commercial clients. We can service commercial clientele such as public parks and recreation areas, RV parks, apartment complexes, kennels, and schools. Contact our customer care specialists for help getting set up with commercial billing and rates.
We certainly hope the cleanliness of your yard will speak for itself, however in an effort to ensure that you’re fully comfortable with the service you’ve received, Our team snaps pictures of your gate after they close it to give you peace of mind.
Our team strives to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the services you receive every time we stop by your yard. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with the state of your yard after our technicians stop by, please give us a call as soon as possible and our customer care specialists will work with you to find the best way to make it right.

Our technicians love dogs of all shapes and sizes and would be more than happy to be in the yard with your pet. You can decide whether to have your dog out or to keep them in while our techs are there, however, in the event that your technician perceives the situation to be unsafe you may be asked to bring your pet inside. In the event that you are unable to do so, or cannot be reached you will be billed for the week and asked to keep your dog inside for future cleanings.
Our team discreetly disposes of all waste at our private facility. Our team members never dispose of the waste in your garbage cans, or anywhere on your property.
For all customers we require a card on file, which is billed automatically on a monthly basis, on the day of the month when you scheduled your first service.
Our team does offer one time cleaning appointments for those looking for a quick clean. Let our customer care team know if you are interested in one time services and they will find a time slot that works well with your schedule.
Nope! As long as there is a clear way for our techs to access your yard, you don’t have to be present. Our technicians take a picture of your gate once the job is complete and forward it along to you so that you know that the work is complete and your pet is safe.
We can set up your account for as many, or as few dogs as you would like. Our online signup form allows you to register with up to 10 dogs at a single address, but for homes with more than 5 pets additional fees may apply.
