One Time Interior Deodorizing
Designed for either vacated or Occupied Properties, an intensive deodorizing designed to reduce or remove pet, smoke, and kitchen odors. Includes the application of odor eliminating and sanitizing chemicals, Extraction treatments on upholstery and installed carpeting, and steam cleaning of hard Flooring. Pay when you sell is available only for houses listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent with the earnest intention of selling the property. In the case of deferred payment the amount charged at closing is 200% of the rate listed above. If your house doesn’t sell you owe nothing.
Pet Professional Referral Program
We offer incentives for signups that come from professional services. When a customer signs up for recurring service using your company’s name they receive their first scoop free, and you get rewards as outlined in the table below. If your office signs up 10% or more of your customer base, out team will provide ongoing weekly scooping services to you or one of your staff for as long as 10% or more of your customers are signed up.

Lawn Care Professionals
A Little Pick Me Up offers an exclusive rewards program for lawn care professionals interested in pursuing a relationship. We offer a $50 reward for any customer signed up by members of our program.
To join, you must create an endorsement letter or email introducing us to your clientele. This letter or email needs to include a direct call to action encouraging your clients to sign up for our service. In return, you will receive $50 for each client signed up.
All lawn care professionals signed up for our program will be assigned a designated account representative to work with who will make sure that your clients have top scheduling priority. This will help ensure that your equipment doesn’t suffer from unnecessary contact with pet waste. Your representative will also act as a direct support line for your clients to help them get onboarded and offer continuing support for the lifetime of their account.
